Heaven is just like electricity. It is all around us, and it is up to you to create HEAVEN ON EARTH. Remember, you create your own reality. If you are living in FEAR, you are still on a ‘low-frequency’ 3D ‘Matrix’ Earth where there is chaos, turmoil, and sadness.

However, if you are living in gratitude with love, peace, joy, and happiness, you have transitioned into the 5D New Earth frequency where there is HEAVEN ON EARTH.

-There Is No Hell: According to Dolores Cannon, who many think might be an Ascended Master like Jesus, and the author of “Between Death and Life,” there is NO HELL.

Other planets are fun to live on, but #PlanetEarth is “hell”. Earth is unlike any other planet. It is very dense. Earth is hell because this is where people hate each other. The ETs can’t understand how we can kill each other. 

Most people, especially churchgoers, are praying to go to Heaven while living in hell on Earth. Churches are full of Warlocks and Witches. Churches are in place for one reason – to #FearMonger – to keep you in a “State of Fear” and/or to control you. 

They threaten you and tell you — you are going to hell, but according to Dolores Cannon, there is NO HELL after you die, so even the evil ones get another chance to be reincarnated.

Earth is a school. You can’t skip a grade. On Earth, you learn emotions and limitations, and it is not taught on other planets. If you say you did not learn anything, you will have to come back, but you won’t be able to remember.

-5D ‘Spiritual’ Earth vs. 3D ‘Matrix’ Earth: We are a soul living in a human body. The goal is for us to evolve or ascend into a higher frequency. Those who reach the 5D New Earth will be ‘immortal’. They will pass away when they get ready.

Those on the 3D ‘Matrix’ Earth who haven’t completed their Shadow Work to move into a higher frequency, the 5D New Earth, will crossover and have a chance to be reincarnated.

Dolores Cannon, who passed away in 2014, but many think is an ‘Ascended Master’ like Jesus, said we started transitioning into the 5D New Earth frequencies around 2003.

Some might not make it to the 5D New Earth until their next lifetime, but it was meant for all of us to go into the 5D New Earth frequency.

-Who is On Your Spirit Team? No one has the same Spirit Team, which includes the Archangels, Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters (Jesus), Higher Selves, StarFamily (#StarSeeds), and Ancestors.

Many call their Higher Selves their Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides. You have ONE MAIN Spirit Guide and ONE MAIN Guardian Angel, but it all depends on how busy your life is. Others will come in and out and work on your behalf in the background, especially if you have a busy life.

For instance, I live, travel, and teach from my Van, #StarShip, so I know I have a ‘traveling’ Guardian Angel with me who could also be my main Guardian Angel, but my life as a business owner and traveler is fairly busy on the road, so my Spirit Team will be larger than others. I bring them in every week, give thanks to them, and let them know what I need.

• Spirit Guides: My main Spirit Guide is ‘Lia’ (also pronounced ‘Lea’ or ‘Leah’), and Malikow is another one of my Spirit Guides. However, they could have been with you through several lifetimes. They did live on Earth at one time, but they weren’t related to you, even though they sometimes feel like relatives. They are just here to help you evolve. Once you crossover, you can become a Spirit Guide to others.                                       
• Guardian Angels: I don’t know the names of my Guardian Angels. Your Guardian Angels never incarnated on Earth, but they have been with you through your entire lifetime…all your incarnations. They work with you from the other side and they are always with you.

-Guardian Angels Will Escort You to Heaven: You can sometimes see Guardian Angels around you as orbs of light. When you or a relative is getting ready to crossover, your Guardian Angels will escort you or them to Heaven. Those around loved ones at the end can see Guardian Angels. They will appear as orbs of light.

-Sometimes a dying elderly person will reach up for their Guardian Angels, or is it deceased family members? https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BliupTMihMg

Guardian Angels are taking your loved ones to the ‘Pearly Gates of Heaven.’ Many reported seeing the orbs with their naked eyes. Others said they only come through in videos and pictures.

Once you die or leave your body, you will hover over your body, then your Guardian Angels will escort you through a tunnel until you start seeing your family/ancestors, and pets.

Many people with Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) (watch the NDEs below) said they saw Jesus, who is an Ascended Master, before they saw their deceased loved ones.

-No One is Judged: Once you meet with your family/ancestors, pets, or Jesus at the ‘Pearly Gates of Heaven,’ you will go into this room with your Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides, called the council, for your Life Review.

There will be 4 or 5 people at a table. This council will show you everything. Every word you have ever spoken will appear on your Life Review.

It will show when you were bad to people or good to people, and many will have regrets about how they treated others. However, NO ONE IS JUDGED. Just remember, many of us have lived hundreds, even thousands, of lifetimes.

Everyone has done bad things in their lives. Many have been murderers, rapists, thieves, drug addicts, alcoholics, etc. We have been other races and sexes, and we have even been ETs, which are the StarSeeds.

-Many Don’t Want to Return: After your Life Review, the council, which is your Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides, will ask you if you want to go back again.

Because Heaven is so beautiful and they are there with their family, most don’t want to return to their bodies. However, many mothers with small children are sent back, but not all of them.

Many times, people are sent back or reincarnated because they need to learn more lessons. Remember, EARTH is a school. If you fail a portion of a test, you will be sent back. If you die in a violent death, you won’t feel any pain at the end before you crossover.

For instance, if it is meant for you to die in a car accident, your soul leaves before the final act, so again, you won’t feel any pain. There are all types of stories of seeing Guardian Angels at car crash sites, telling people it isn’t their time and to hold on.

The council will explain to you that if you experienced a traumatic event and go back, you might be in agony or pain for maybe months.

But many still want to return, and others are sent back for lessons. Remember, if you reach a FREE Military Med Bed Center and have 5% brain capacity, you can recover fully #PainFree in a matter of hours.

–Where Are You While You Are Waiting To Return? Sometimes it takes up to 100 years to return. You are basically waiting on others in your Soul Group so you can be reincarnated again together.

However, some people do return quicker, especially if it is their mission to help the Earth ascend into the 5D New Earth or if they agree to return to a dysfunctional family.

I believe this was my case in my last reincarnation. I died in the 1930s after being killed in my 20s when I was at a nightclub after witnessing a murder, so I was at the wrong place, wrong time, but came back in 1956 because it was my mission to help others ascend.

Plus, I came back this lifetime into a dysfunctional family and was the family’s Black Sheep. Also, I died in my 20s, so I did not live a full life. I looked exactly the way I do now. So, if you return quickly, you might look the same. Spiritual Newsletter dated June 13, 2025 – “8 Past Lives.”

To learn more about the afterlife, read Dolores Cannon’s book entitled “Between Life and Death.” There are three (3) places you can go to after you crossover. You go where your vibrations and frequencies exist. For instance:

-Lower Astral. There is a lower Astral. Those are the ones we consider Earthbound and negative — the murderers, drug addicts, alcoholics, etc. When they die, they don’t know they are dead.

They try to hang around people, but after a while, they get bored. They are always nervous with great love. They must go to school so they can come back.

–Middle Astral: In this Astral, churches call this ‘Heaven’. It might be a beautiful lake, a beautiful house, and the colors are so vibrant, especially the flowers. You can go and live with relatives, but it doesn’t last.

There is eventually a knock at the door, and you will be asked if you are ready to go to the ‘Review Board’ for their LIFE REVIEW? Then you will meet the Elders and Masters on a council, and they will have every word you ever said.

-Upper Astral: Upper Astral is where the schools are and the ‘Temple of Wisdom.’ It is complex and composed of many different parts. One is a Healing Center. You can also go there in dreams or in meditations. They take the person into a dome-shaped room. It takes away any residue so you can go to where you want to go.

Another part is a tapestry room. Tapestry is very important. It is huge, and it goes for miles. It is a fabric, but it is almost like it is alive. Each thread has a story of your life.

Everyone affects each other. We are all trying to learn something. They also have a library. It is a Guardian of the library – Earth mysteries.

Atlantis is all in the library. You can see it as books or energy. The Akashic Records are there. There are rooms next to it, and whatever you want to know about, they will show it to you.

The other places are schools. You go to the place you vibrate at. In schools, you can learn all the things you possibly want. Over there, it is like a book reading, but it is not a hands-on experience.

-You Come Back into Your Same #SoulGroup: Members of your biological family can also be part of your ‘Soul Family’ or ‘Soul Group’. Most of your ancestors in Heaven you have never met, but they are part of your #SoulGroup. They will be cheering you on from Heaven. Soul Groups can be big or small. Most of the time, they are large.

-What is a Soul Contract? Before coming back, you have a pre-birth Soul Contract with your Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides. A Soul Contract is a spiritual agreement made before birth, believed to influence the trajectory of our lives.

It’s a pact between your soul and others in your ‘Soul Family,’ or ‘Soul Tribe,’ to meet in your Earthly life, to aid mutual growth, and to learn life lessons.

For your ‘pre-birth’ Soul Contract, you get to pick your parents and others around you. For instance, my daughter was my mother in another lifetime, and her sister was her mother in another lifetime.

You pick parents who are emotionally unavailable so you can learn how to love yourself. You might pick unsafe environments to live in so you can learn how to find safety within. Sometimes you pick friends who will be mean to you, so you can learn self-confidence.

You get to pick how hard you want your life to be. I chose to have a hard life this time. However, my Spirit Team gave me a Spiritually advanced daughter, with a very Old Soul, to help me through this life and guide me toward Spirituality.

Many chose to come back disabled so they can get rid of Karma. Some choose to have a resting life. They go through their lives with no difficulty.

-You Forget Your Soul Contract? This is a planet of FREE will, so you will come in with a plan, but you can’t remember your plan. You have to start all over again.

Babies have to go through their first years learning to talk and walk. They sleep all the time because they are getting instructions from the other side.

As part of the contract, you have to have an #ExitPlan. You can stay longer if you want. You can go out in groups such as hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, COVID deaths, etc., or even come in with groups (aka COVID babies). You need to understand that you have put everything into your life.

-During Your Lifetime, You Will Be Contacted by Your Spirit Team or Others to Remind You of Your Soul Contract: If you return to your body, you come back as a baby and forget everything, especially your Soul Contract.

However, because of your #SoulContract, you will be contacted during your lifetime by your Spirit Team (Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides, Higher Self, Ancestors, or StarFamily), or others might come into your circle and remind you of your mission and why you should be studying ‘Spirituality’.

These individuals might not stay around you because they are only there to remind you of your #SoulContract. Robert Schwartz, author of “Your Soul’s Plan,” calls it a “BUMP.”

This is when someone reaches out to you to remind you about your Soul Contract, but usually, they do not remain in your life. I might be someone else’s BUMP.

-My First BUMP Came from My Spirit Guide in 2010: My Spirit Guide initially came to me around 2010 and told me her name was ‘Lia’ to try to activate me Spiritually at that time. Read the newsletter –  https://cathyharrisinternational.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/LoveandLight-Vol.-15.pdf 

I just wasn’t ready then. The closest Spiritual community to me in Atlanta was one hour away. After 20 years, my only goal was to leave Atlanta, especially because of its large FREE Masonry population. I could see a dark cloud hovering over the city.

Sometimes you could be living in the wrong city that won’t allow you to study Spirituality, so your Spirit Team will move you to other places.

After reading the book “Eat Right for Your Type,” my energy increased dramatically, so I left Atlanta in 2013. I was eating the wrong diet. The blood type diet is #HighEnergy.

After being on the road for a year holding my Health and Business Seminars and Workshops at https://cathyharrisinternational.com/liveworkshops in 15 different states,  in 2014, I moved to Austin, TX, and had my 1^st Spiritual Awakening.

Out of 3 million people in Austin, over 350,000 were Spiritual energy workers, so I was finally in a motivational place to study ‘Spirituality’. I left Austin in 2018 (after 4 years) to move to Orlando, and I got on the road as a Nomad in 2019. This is when my adventures began out west.

-My Second BUMP Came from a Stranger, Another #BlueRayStarSeed in 2023: Because my life got busy, especially after I moved into my Van, #StarShip, in 2019, I received another BUMP in 2023 to remind me of my Soul Contract. I was contacted on the phone by a stranger when I was in Sedona, AZ.

She reminded me of my Soul Contract and how I was supposed to be deeply involved in Spirituality. She was also a #BlueRayStarSeed. StarSeeds activate each other. We spoke for a few weeks over the phone, but did not stay in touch. Read the blog post entitled “Which StarSeed Are You?” 

I went on to have my 2^nd Spiritual Awakening in 2023. For months, I would wake up and use the restroom, then go back to sleep for 4 to 5 hours. Once I woke up, I felt refreshed and energized. I felt like I could go out and run a marathon.

During this time, I was receiving downloads from my Spirit Team. I had ringing in my ears. I was seeing number sequences. My pineal gland was activated.

I felt the presence of my Spirit Team, and I started active dialogues with them, especially during my weekly rituals when I burned white candles, incense, and sage, and especially during Full Moons, Portals, and Eclipses.

I felt like I was in school again. I knew my Spirit Team was sending info to my YouTube page for me to learn, especially shows on Near-Death Experiences (NDEs), which I watched for months.

I isolated myself and would spend up to 8 to 10 hours a day on YouTube studying Spirituality, as I did DAILY Meditations, started journaling, writing down my dreams and meditations, and reading and listening to a ton of Spiritual books.

That was the year my pineal gland would activate as soon as I started meditating. That was also when I saw another me in my 20s lying behind me when I woke in a parallel reality, and when I kept entering my Akashic Records and had so many past lives coming through.

Also, around that same time, a big Roman Soldier, a Warrior, appeared in my Van, #StarShip, to tell me he watches over me, especially when I am in nature. He usually comes to me in the form of an animal. That is when I learned about my Spirit animal, which is a ‘Raven’. Eventually, I found out that his name was Malikow.

Until then, I thought most of my Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides were women, but Malikow has been with me through several lifetimes.

I had so much info coming in, I realized I was not just being prepared to be a ‘New Earth Educator,’ I was being prepared to be a ‘Spiritual Teacher’.

-You Can Still Talk To Your Ancestors: You can still talk to family members or ancestors who have crossed over when you return. They are just in another dimension. One lady said she talks to her mother more now than she did when she was alive.

The same way you speak to your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides, Higher Self, StarFamily, and other Ancestors, you can speak to your loved ones who have crossed over.

When you meet people who seem familiar to you, it could be a family member from another past life. They might be a man or a woman. And because we are constantly going in and out of timelines, parallel realities, and dimensions, you can still feel close to relatives.

-Protect Yourself So Only the Good Can Get Through: When bringing in relatives or other ancestors, you just need to ask ArchAngel Michael, the protection ArchAngel, to only allow those to come through that are of your greatest good.

This is why it is important to practice weekly protections by lighting candles, incense, and saging (#Sage, also called #Smudging) your environment, or wear protection stones and crystals such as black tourmaline.

Put protection stones and crystals in your pockets, purses/pocketbooks, or wear stones made out of necklaces, bracelets, or rings. Read more on protection stones at “How To Activate Your 7 Main Chakras.”

These Spiritual practices will help you to bring in only those who are of your greatest good. That way, no evil can come through. Just put out good intentions.

-When You Crossover You See Everything: According to Dolores Cannon, many things we will never know when we are alive, no matter how much research we do, but once you crossover, you will find out everything.

Once you cross over, you will see everything. You will say to yourself, “Oh, it was just a play or movie. Why was I so serious?”

Eventually, you might want to speak to those who have passed away. You can do it by taking the above steps and talking to them the same way you talk to your Spirit Team.

Remember, all your thoughts aren’t your own. That is your Spirit Team talking to you. Just remember to be aware of Fake Spiritualists (aka ‘Psychics’ or ‘Mediums/Channelers’) who will take your money.

Give it a year after a relative has passed if you wish to go to these venues. Meanwhile, you can talk to them yourself. Remember, there is no sleeping in Heaven, so if your relatives have anything to say, they will come through. If they don’t come through, they don’t have anything to say, so give it time.

-Your Spirit Team and Ancestors Will Help You Find Your ‘Divine ‘Spiritual’ Partner’: Your Spirit Team will usher you into relationships and out of them if these relationships are no longer what you need. They are working on your behalf in the background.

One lady said her ancestor told her to stop at a restaurant when she was out driving one day. She stopped there and saw a guy who had been admiring her from afar, and they ended up getting married.

Everyone will be seeking a Divine ‘Spiritual’ HEALED Partner in the future, so many marriages will end. If your relatives come through and tell you to watch out for someone. You should believe them because again, they can see everything.

They don’t want any harm to come to you. They are there with you, celebrating every glorious moment of your life, so don’t mourn for them. Just know you can talk to them when you want.

-Seek Out Your #SoulTribe: A #SoulGroup is different from your #SoulTribe. Has someone ever told you they know they met you before? It’s possible. I get that all the time. Soul Tribes are others with whom you have probably lived with in other lifetimes.

You might have been the opposite sex. But you still seem familiar to them. You might be from the same StarSeed family or just be kindred spirits from other lifetimes. These are the high-vibrational beings you need to seek out today. Find your #SoulTribe.

-Some StarSeeds Are Still Asleep: Some are saying over 60 million people are StarSeeds, but that was an earlier figure, so with all the Rainbow Children that have come in, it is possible that there are around 200 million StarSeeds on the planet.

It’s possible that many of us have been StarSeeds (#ETs) in other lifetimes, and we are also StarSeeds in this lifetime. Many who are StarSeeds don’t even know they are StarSeeds yet. They are still asleep, but some of us have woken up and realized our mission on Planet Earth. Read the blog post “Which StarSeed Are You?” 

-To Get Activated Spirituality: Many grow up with their Spiritual skills, but are encouraged not to use them, and that they are evil unless they had Spiritual parents. Many people think I have been studying Spirituality for 20 or 30 years.

I did grow up with a Spiritually advanced ‘Old Soul’ Starseed daughter, who has lived thousands of lifetimes, but as an #InformationJunkie and #NaturalBornTeacher, the majority of my Spiritual info came from downloads starting in 2023 when I had my 2^nd Spiritual Awakening.

I only needed two (2) Spiritual Awakenings to get involved in Spirituality. Some people will need 3, 4, or more Spiritual Awakenings before they realize they need to get involved in Spirituality.

Again, for some, it won’t happen until their next lifetime. Some will die off and come back again, but it is meant for all of us to go into the 5D New Earth.

-You Can Move to the 5D New Earth by Completing Your Shadow Work: In order to learn new habits, it takes 3 to 4 weeks. The goal is to #GoWithin. You need to get away from those who you know are not going to make it to the 5D New Earth and learn to love them from afar.

Get away from anyone who is causing sadness, chaos, and turmoil. This includes turning off the TV and backing away from social media.

If you are ready to move into the 5D New Earth or to become Spiritually advanced, to get activated Spiritually, you might need to go into a ‘cocoon-like’ hermit state and ask your Spirit Team for downloads because you need to ISOLATE to ELEVATE.

This process might take only one to two months. You can come out of this process living on the 5D New Earth. So, remember, you might need isolation in order to elevate. Read the blog post entitled “Signs You Are Experiencing a Spiritual Awakening.”

-Who Won’t Transition to the 5D New Earth: Just because no one is judged when you go through the ‘Pearly Gates of Heaven’, it doesn’t mean you will be able to be a bad or evil person on the 5D New Earth. The evil ones – the ones who pushed the COVID vaccines, the prisoners who haven’t reformed, those who are criminals, and others still deep into the evilness – will be left on a ‘low-vibrational’ 3-D Earth.

All evil will be wiped out of the 5D New Earth. You can’t even enter the 5D New Earth until you have completed your Shadow Work of raising your frequencies and vibrations. Read the blog post entitled “How To Raise Your Frequencies and Vibrations.” 

-What Are Near-Death Experiences (NDEs)? If you are afraid of dying, my advice is that you need to listen to some of these Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) testimonials below. What really amazes me is that many people have had 2 or 3 Near Death Experiences (NDEs), and they went on to write books and create thriving careers out of what happened to them.

These are personal and deeply transformative experiences that many people can experience when they are in a medical crisis or close to death.

People who experience NDEs sometimes report the feeling of leaving their bodies, then hovering above watching themselves, and then going through a tunnel with a light at the end.

They never made it to the light because they were greeted by Jesus or a family member, before having a LIFE REVIEW where they were asked if they wanted to return to their bodies.

During their LIFE REVIEW, they were shown every single time that they hurt others. The experiences were so positive for many that they did not want to return to their bodies, but in the end, many did choose to return to their bodies.
